Review Begging

I really hate all these notifications that keep popping up on the top of every WP Dashboard page begging for a review. I click the X or the Dismiss, and then it shows up again on the next page. These stupid things don’t go away! Maybe by actually posting an angry but well-rated review might get rid of the annoyance. It’s really tempting to give a poor rating because of the begging, but I won’t do that because the plug-in is great. But the begging for a review is annoying as fingernails on a chalkboard.
