I want to put reviews on the side of the checkout page. This especially on the computer version, because I don’t know what it should look like on the mobile version. Maybe it will be at the bottom?

If I enter the code as shown in the link, I don’t see anything on the checkout page.

Does anyone know what the problem is here and how I could get it to work properly on the mobile version?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @erwincaspers,

    Thank you for reaching out!

The screenshot isn’t working for some reason, could you attach it again along with your system status?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Wanna have on the left some revieuws, and wanna know how I can put it maybe when scroll down on mobile some revieuws there.

When I put some html in the Checkout Sidebar content then I don’t see anything

    HI @erwincaspers

Thanks for providing the screenshot, this is helpful! ??

As a first step, can you please share with us how the Checkout Sidebar textbox was added to your site as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce?

If you’re unsure, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

You can read this link? Its enough or u need some more :)?

    Hi @erwincaspers

Thanks for providing the requested information above. However, I cannot verify which third-party plugin the Checkout Sidebar field is coming from.

Can you please provide us with a step-by-step guide on how to navigate to the Checkout Sidebar under Appearance > Customize > ???

If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Thanks!

    Hey @erwincaspers,

    Thanks for sharing that!

Following those exact steps, I am unable to find that option within the default WooCommerce settings which means that this may be added by your current theme.

To check, can you temporarily switch to the default Storefront theme and see if that option disappears? I’d like to narrow down what may be adding this option so that we can guide you effectively ??

We recommend using the free?Health Check?plugin which allows you to change the theme while still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site or making direct changes to your live site.

Let us know what you find!
