Reverts back to root

    Dear Support,

    When we click on any subfolder, we see the blue progress bar and as soon as it is complete, we are automatically redirected back to the root folder.

    In other words, we don’t seem to get access to the any subfolder.

    In the root directory, we can edit & save files.

    Hence, we don’t understand why the plugin is not working for us.

    Hello Pieter, Could you please try by clearing browsers cookies / caches ?

    Hi @modalweb

    My apologies but I missed your reply.

    We tried clearing the browser cookies and caches but it doesn’t make any difference.

    We don’t have this is issue, if we access the site via a new incognito browser window.
