Reverting from Post type: Media to Post type: Post

Looks like I accidently switched a post to Post Type: Media and now it’s all screwy… I can’t seem to find a way to revert back to Post Type: Post.
All the text is still there, the post appears to be intact, only it will not display correctly.
Please help!
