Revert to Semantic Versioning

Please read carefully.

We have decided to revert to semantic versioning of the SO Recommended Reading plugin.

Unfortunately this cannot be done automatically and we need you to manually install version 1.3.1 of the plugin.

There are a few different ways on how to do that.

1. We have released an “in between” version that is higher than the current series, but with an odd enough number to recognise it is meant as a switch version only. The version number of that version is 2222.22.22. From your WordPress Dashboard you will see the 2222.22.22 version as available update. If you click to update, the WP Rollback plugin will be installed with which you can “roll back” to version 1.3.1. That is the version we want you to be on and from which further development will take place.After you have rolled back to version 1.3.1, you can uninstall the WP Rollback plugin (or keep it as a handy tool if you wish). Of course you should not update to this 2222.22.22 version anymore, even if you see the notice again, because then you will enter an infinite loop of updates…
2. Download the 1.3.1 version from the Developers page and manually upload it to your wp-content/plugins folder to replace the current version. Then you can ignore the update notice to the switch version 2222.22.22.
