revert to previous revision of my table

I tried to make a change to the font size in my columns, and when I clicked refresh, most of my columns had been deleted. Other WP post pages have “revisions” available so you can revert back to a previous revision as shown here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-revisions/
But this app does not have the “revision” option available. please help! It was a lot of work creating my columns the first time around and I’m hoping to just return to a previous version before my columns were deleted!
