reversed order of menu items

Well that’s really weird, first time I hear about such an issue.

Everything works fine on our side and Blocksy doesn’t revert the menu items for sure.

Could you please share your website url so we could take a closer look?

Blocksy is no longer installed. It currently has both Elementor and Brizy activated, which I know is bad practice, and was done to demo the alternative versions of the home page. So, I’m not sure what you can tell from it.

As long as Blocksy is not activated we won’t be able to help you.

But the problem you described earlier for sure doesn’t come from Blocksy.
We have a lot of users that use the theme and never heard about such an issue before so most likely it should be an issue from your side only.

Try to deactivate all your plugins, clear your caching plugin caches maybe this will help.

I appreciate your responsiveness, as I have in the past. I primarily posted this to advise you of the issue. The site has very few plugins,none of them unusual.
I can’t do as you ask at the moment, but will try and advise you of it, possibly in a couple of days.
I did do the following: updated Blocksy, deactivated Blocksy Companion. Both before and after that, I previewed (not activated) the site with Blocksy and in the customizer window the menu was reversed in both cases.
I’ll be back.

I understand what you are saying but we never encountered such an issue.

Whenever you will have time to activate back the theme – let us know if this happens again and we will take a closer look.

I was able to reactivate Blocksy. The menus are reversed. I reactivated Astra and they are normal, reactivated Blocksy again, they are reversed again. Blocksy is currently activated. Blocksy Companion is not.
Active Plugins: Brizy, Elementor, Jetpack, WPForms Lite, WPvivid backup, Yoast Duplicate Post. Plus the Must Use: Endurance Page Cache
Inactive Plugins: Akismet, Blocksy Companion.

I took screen shots, but can’t attach them here.

A little more info.
The menu in Blocksy is more than the screen width, so it generates a dropdown at the right end. Astra creates a two line menu.
The last entry before the dropdown is the home page. The entry order in the dropdown is also not first to last, nor is it exactly last to first.
Here’s the order that they should be in (copy paste from Dashboard>Appearance>Menu)
