reverse sort order on past events

Hi,

It is not possible to change the order by using the shortcode, it is necessary to modify the code.

Is it possible to modify the code and tie the sort order to a tag value or a date funcion?

I’ve got my upcoming and past events organized by the tag “future” and “past”, so they show up in the right sections on my page.

If I can get the code to do a reverse order on tags “past”, that would solve my issue. Here’s my website.

You can see the past events are starting last year which is confusing to say the least.

Any way you guys can share the code changes for this request and the file(s) I need to modify?

I see from past support posts this is a recurring question/request from your user base, so I know I’m not alone in asking for this workaround.

yep I d also like to know this – it doesnt make any sense to have the oldest gig first.

FYI – I ended up just reversing the order to ALL events. Never got a response from Timely or Benjamin on what I really wanted.

How ? I cant even work out where you edit the code !
