• Hi, i have customers who ordered from another country (EU) with a VAT number.
In wordpress I can’t see that the VAT is reverse charged which is not a big issue BUT on the generate invoice (moneybird software) I have the text: Note: VAT reverse-charged.
How can I translate this to dutch (or use other text)

The EU VAT Assistant doesn’t print a “reverse charge” text on the invoices. If you see that note, it means that either some other plugin, or some custom code, is printing it.

The first step would be to find the source of that note. If you’re not sure of where it comes from, you could scan the wp-content/plugins and wp-content/themes folders for the text “reverse-charged”. That should give you the source of the note, and the text domain used to print it. Then you should be able to use that information and a plugin like Loco Translate to translate the text to Dutch.
