Reverse Capability?

Is there any way that this plugin could also work in reverse? Or does it already?

Could people who register on our WordPress Website be then added to the Forum database? The reason I ask is that we’ve got a very specific need for the registration to have certain details, and to pass those details to our online store plugin.
