Revenue showing in analytics for failed order

    Hello

    We’ve had revenue show in our analytics for and order which had actually failed. How can we prevent this please?

    Hi @nathang828,

    Thanks for posting.

    The order details are tracked by the plugin when a user successfully places an order and lands on the thankyou page.

    So, in the case mentioned above the order was placed and later canceled for a refund.

    This version of the plugin supports the tracking for placed orders only. But we have an advanced solution that supports refund order tracking.

    Further, We cannot write much about the solution we have on this forum due to the wp-policies. We would have posted more if the communication mode would have been a different one.

    Hope the above helps.

    P.S. – The basic plugin supports GA tracking for simple product types only. If there are variable product types available then the GA tracking might not work for them.
