    Hi there,

I just installed your plugin on a client’s site – https://www.tsidealproducts.com. I configured it according to the documentation, but I am not seeing conversion value (revenue) reported anywhere in Google Ads. I see WooCommerce tracking the orders and the conversion value, however, I would like to see this in Google Ads to calculate the return on my ad spend.

I also have Google Tag Manager installed (for Google Analytics) so hopefully that doesn’t cause a conflict. Thanks in advance for the help!

I checked the purchase confirmation page and the code looks fine: https://take.ms/VYwR5

    A few things to consider:

    • The payment gateway needs to redirect back to the purchase confirmation page
    • The conversion in Google Ads needs to be set up to measure dynamic values
    • Only conversions that are generated through a Google Ads ad click will be measured as a conversion in Google Ads
    • Double check the conversion ID and the conversion label. The format looks good, but there might still be a mistake there.
    • Follow this procedure to test if an ad click conversion is tracked correctly: Test

I also have Google Tag Manager installed (for Google Analytics) so hopefully that doesn’t cause a conflict.

No. Usually that doesn’t cause conflicts.

Let me know when it starts working for you.

    Hi again,

“The conversion in Google Ads needs to be set up to measure dynamic values”

I think I’m missing something – isn’t this what the plugin does? Doesn’t the plugin markup up the dynamic values on the WooCommerce confirmation page?

    Thanks,

    Jeff

Doesn’t the plugin markup up the dynamic values on the WooCommerce confirmation page?

Yes, it does. But the conversion in Google Ads has to be setup correctly in order to receive and process dynamic values: https://take.ms/4mP8YE

    That’s odd. That’s exactly what I have: https://prnt.sc/uw6qh6

We also don’t have a custom order confirmation page, so it follows the default WooCommerce behavior of redirecting users from the payment gateway back to the confirmation page.

I also checked the conversion ID and label here:

    Conversion ID
    922816769

    Conversion label
    eOXxCJz08OEBEIGihLgD

    I’m stuck!

The best is to follow the testing procedure: Link

If that doesn’t work too we can debug this for you. In that case send us an email to [email protected]
