Revenue Data Not Reported Correctly

Hi there,

We have implemented the plugin on our e-com store and Google Analytics (GA) now records the sales/ecom data. However, there’s a considerable difference between the revenue reported on GA versus Woocommerce (in the website backend). The difference is not due to the amount of purchases/transactions. For example, 2 shirts were ordered, each $42 so a total of $84. But on GA, the revenue is reported as $61. We don’t have any tax calculations etc on the Woocommerce settings to deduct it so that $84 is the revenue reported on Woo in the backend. Even if there was a tax calculation, $23 difference is way too much.

What could be causing this significant difference and what can we do to fix this?
