    Good evening,
    Sorry for my bad english, but some days ago, the free revenue chat doesn’t show the amount of transaction. I’ve just checked in settings->transactions and the it is okay.
    Previous month the total is blocked few days ago, this month the amount is zero.

    To help us understand what the actual issue is, could you elaborate further?

    Are you getting total revenue not matching your actual transactions, even after including them in the settings?

    Yes, in the settings panel the transactions are all checked; problem appeared the end of march.
    I’ve seen several upgrades in those days.

    Good evening, in the “system assistant” there is an item:
    Migration 4.1.0 Completed March 25, 2022, 8:03 am (Success)

    Tryed to restart nginx, php daemon and anything else… no luck

    We were able to replicate the issue on a test website and have submitted a report to our developers.

    Our development team has a patch ready for the next Jetpack CRM version release. Those “missing” transactions will show up correctly once the fix is release. Be on the lookout for a new Jetpack CRM version, or feel free to check back with us here for a status update.
