Revenue and quantity in analytics are 0

  • Hi,

    We have installed the plugin and used it’s universal analytics and enhanced ecommerce, however in analytics not all the ecommerce features are working properly.

    Under shopping behavior, I can see the funnel details, but under ‘product performance’ I see this: screenshot

    I’ve made sure that all the other previously installed analytics plug-ins are deleted and the currency on the woocommerce setup matches the analytics setup.
    I haven’t found any other possible cause, so I would really appreciate your help.

    Can you share with us the store URL as well as the view level access of GA account to analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com to troubleshoot the issue further?

    Hi Bakkon,

    Thank you for sharing credentials with us.

    We did a quick check of your store and found that there is no enhanced ecommerce script on it. Also our plugin is working well on your store, but since the enhanced ecommerce script doesn’t exist on your store, our plugin is unable to send data to your GA account.
    Can you please re-activate it again on your store and check?
