    1. how to reuse WP post categories for MS LMS?
    2. how to reuse customized categories for MS LMS?
    3. how to reuse customized categories + Courses category for MS LMS?

    Can you please give more details about your request? For what purpose and why do you want to reuse Categories?

    The LMS course categories are the default option of WordPress and the plugin cannot control them.
