Reuse form data so it can be adjusted by the user again.

Hello,

I’m searching for a plugin which enables users to fill in a form. After submitting the form, users should still be able to see what they have inserted. Eventually they should be able to update the data and sent updated data to the database.

Has anybody an idea which (free) plugin can do the trick?
