Reusable blocks (patterns)

I’ve just spent a lot of time configuring Spectra’s blockquote block styling to match my website’s look and feel. Now I’d like to save the result as a reusable block so that I don’t have to reconfigure the colours, fonts, etc each time I use it. I’d really appreciate suggestions for how I can do this. Thank you.
