Reusable Blocks causing 502 Error

  • Hi,

    We are getting a 502 error on every page that uses Reusable Blocks. When we disable the plugin, the pages load fine. Can you please let us know what may be going wrong? Thanks!

    Error:

    502

    The page request was canceled because it took too long to complete
    What can I do?

    Site visitors: There was an issue serving your request, please try again in a few minutes.

    Site Owners: A request for either a page, script, process, or query has taken too long to complete and has been cancelled due to a bad gateway. You should visit your error log for more information.

    Hi @grandprintco ,

    I really can’t imagine how this error appears… could you please share the URL of your website? Would it be possible to know the list of your plugins (you can grab the full list on the Site health screen) and the name of your theme?
