    Hi.

I have been using this plugin for over 2 years. Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that the CSV in the project is simply removed and the pages are then no longer accessible.
I then have to upload and save the CSV again. Then it works again.
The problem happens at irregular intervals and is unpredictable.

    Current version: 3.4.1
    WordPress version: 6.4.3

    I use the following plugins:
    Autoptimize
Elementor (The MPG pages are implemented with Elementor)
    Contact Form 7
    Popup Maker
    WP Super Cache

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @passl,

    Thank you for contacting us!

Do you encounter the issue after you update the MPG plugin or at completely random times? If it happens randomly, it might be due to your caching/optimization plugins or the server cache. You should get in touch with your hosting provider and see if they can provide any logs or insights regarding this problem.

Let us know how it goes,

    Hi @irinelenache,

    Yes, it’s random times.

    Hi @passl,

    Thank you for confirming!

As my colleague mentioned, this issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue. After that, try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugins. Then, replace it with an alternate plugin.

    Best regards,

    Andreea

@passl We have been seeing a similar issue. We have about 90 records in the CSV file. But randomly, only the first 50 or so records are there. It looks like on last 40 records disappear. This happens randomly. We have to re-upload the CSV file in order to fix the issue. It can happen once a week or several times in a week at random times.

    Hi @passl @mwelchsangerebycom,

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you have encountered.

We have been unable to replicate this issue, so we are currently unable to provide you with a solution. We recommend that you update the plugin to its latest version and try to identify any patterns associated with the issue such as updating a plugin or making changes to the MPG project. This information can help us in debugging the problem.

    Thank you!
