Returns the same content in every refresh

Hello! Thanks for the plugin. I’m getting the same content every time I refresh the page. It’s not the first content in the list but once I get a content once, it’s always the same. I’m using LSCache and I have turned the cache off but it is still them same. Can you please help me with this? Thanks so much
