• Hi,

    Good day. We have a website with 3 languages available and we are using your plugin for the paypal option for our customers. The payment process is working well just one issue that when a customer is directed to paypal to proceed the payment they will return to the website with English version of “Thank you. Your order has been received.” page no matter what language environment they were in when placing the order. I have tried to place an order based on cash on delivery payment method to test as this is how a customer can stay in the website and the thank you page language displays correctly. Wondering if there’s any way we can fix this issue? Thanks!

    Hi @sun19smile, Are you using WPML? and did you translated thank you page content in the plugin?

    Hi Oliver,

    Yes, we are using WPML and all strings are translated in the plugin. I have created the test orders in different languages by choosing cash on delivery in the shop and here’s the result (pls click below links) –

    ENGLISH THANK YOU PAGE
    CHINESE THANK YOU PAGE
    JAPANESE THANK YOU PAGE

    So if I stay in the shop during the whole process the language displays correctly and the corresponding order confirmation email (processing order email) sent in correct language, too. However, if using the PayPal payment no matter which language i was in when placing the order, the returned thank you page is only in English url and order confirmation email is thus sent in English.

    Is it possible to let the system stay with user’s language and return to the correct thank you page so the email can be sent in correct language as well? Thank you so much for your kind help!

    Well, we haven’t received any reports of such issue, So can’t say why it’s not working, need to dig deep. Can you please Submit a Ticket here and include the logs from our plugin for our review. We will see and make necessary adjustments after testing it.

    Hi Oliver,

    Thanks for your reply! Am creating the ticket now and would like to double check that the logs we are talking is the Debug Log from the plugin, right? And do I need to enable the logging? Thanks!

    Yeah, correct its the debug log file found under WC -> Status -> Logs. Please check there send latest updated logs and We will see whats going in there. Haven’t you enabled logging already? If not then enabled it to order a new product then send the login ticket for our review. Thanks!
