Return URL Error

I need to be clear on something: when you created a fresh installation in a sub-folder was the return URL still on the root domain?

That is: was the return URL https://sweet-aromas.com/globalpay-transaction-response/ OR https://sweet-aromas.com/SUB-FOLDER/globalpay-transaction-response/

The return URL was https://sweet-aromas.com/globalpay-transaction-response/

The installation on the main domain and sub-folder are separate so they cannot use the same return URL. If you use https://sweet-aromas.com/globalpay-transaction-response/ it will just repeat the same problem and some others.

You need to use https://sweet-aromas.com/SUB-FOLDER/globalpay-transaction-response/

Here’s how you’ll do so: when you are redirected from GlobalPay to the main domain stop the browser before the page at the main domain loads. Thereafter, type in the appropriate URL at https://sweet-aromas.com/SUB-FOLDER/globalpay-transaction-response/ into the browser.

It should work. Let me know how it goes.

To get thing clear, I should contact the Zenith bank technical team to change the return URL to trouble withe new installation?

You can do that but I do not think it is necessary as this entire exercise it to establish the cause of the problem.

I attempted this but the same error occurs when using the return URL – https://sweet-aromas.com/newshop/globalpay-transaction-response/

I still cannot reproduce this.

Yes you can since it is a demo installation.

Just make sure the credentials are not the same as the live site.
