Return URL

Is it possible to have the return URL after payment in this format
https://www.example.com/checkout/order-received/2043/?key=wc_order_5a0dbb4b1eba7 . This is how it appears when Cash on delivery is used.

After payment using the hubtel, presently the page is redirected to https://www.example.com/checkout/order-received/ without any ID attached to the URL. Another plugin rely on the ID, which is why i need this feature.
