Return to Shop button missing in Cart

Hi there i have been using your theme for a while and its great, i have a few topics or questions, should i make a post for each of them?
Firstly, i have just noticed that the “return to shop” button in cart is missing, can you inform me as to where or how to fix this?
Secondly: The promotional block, is there any way to link images to product pages instead of blog pages?
