• Just setting this up and think it will do what I need.

However, when I protect content via “more”, allowing the reader to view the teaser content only, after the reader logs in they are sent back to the homepage rather than to the now-unlocked page/article.

I see a plugin that would allow me to specify a specific page after logon, but is there a setting that allows me to return the user to the page where they originally clicked the login link?

Thank you for your reply. In the meantime, if this is not already existing functionality, are there any suggestions/tips on how to make this as streamlined as possible, for the times when some clicks the login (or join) links from an actual protected page, so that they don’t have to search for/navigate back to the desired page?

I was just going to ask the same question. This would be a great feature.

Yes, I’m looking for the same feature. Are there any work arounds in the meantime?

Hi everyone, I am not sure if this will help. Its not a direct fix to this problem but a work around I have come up with is to place a link on the teaser content page to the membership or members login page–which ever you decide. Then have that link open a new tab. then after login they can simply go back to the teaser tab… Again not perfect by may help.

    regards
