• I’m having an issue regarding the “Return to account” link on the checkout page as well as any other link that should be taking me to the themes user account pages.
As soon as payment is succesfully made, the user is returned to the checkout page showing the details of his purchased order. There is a hotlink saying return to account, but when this is clicked it takes the user to the pricing page.

I have changed the shop page to be the my account page in the hopes of fixing the issue.
However, when I click on “My Items and Favorites” it takes me to the set shop page which is now my account page. Also, on the My Account page, the Subscriptions link takes me to an empty page (I do have an active subscription), the Orders link takes me to an empty page, downloads, edit address, edit account, customer logout show blank pages.
The Recent Orders link takes me to a Page not Found page, as well as the shipping and billing adresses and edit your password and accont details links take me to page not found pages.
I have contacted the theme support and they told me to contact WooCommerce support as it seems that the problem is caused by the plugin?

Any assistance would be much appreciated ??

    Hi there,

I have changed the shop page to be the my account page in the hopes of fixing the issue.

First, I would recommend checking that each of your pages contain the correct shortcodes as outlined here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-1. Then, make sure your checkout pages are set correctly(it sounds like they are) as explained here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-14. Do the same for your My Account page – WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts

That should ensure that any My Account links are going to the right page, however, WooCommerce does include those links on the Order Received page by default, so your theme may be adding them.

Hi sheldonkumm! I just noticed a typo in my reply here:

That should ensure that any My Account links are going to the right page, however, WooCommerce does include those links on the Order Received page by default, so your theme may be adding them.

That should read, WooCommerce doesn’t include those links on the Order Received page. I apologize for any confusion that may have caused.
