Return request form excludes taxes

    Hi,

    The refund amount in the Return Request Form does not include taxes. I want taxes to be included, so customers see the actual amount they paid. Is there a setting I can adjust to make this work?

    (My general WooCommerce settings are to include taxes in prices in the shop, cart and checkout pages.)

    You can include the tax from the RMA backend setting in the RMA Policies Tab, please check the attached screenshot below, if further any concern please update us anytime.
