return posts from a category that have a thumbnail

  • Hi,
    I am trying to retrieve the first post from a category that has a thumb.

    I would then like to make this image the thumb for all other posts in that category.

    Any ideas?

    I am creating a beer review website, where there will be 5 reviews of each beer and I’d like all reviews of each beer (category) to have the same image.
