return option not working

I am including the URL for a “Thank You” page using the return option but after I finish a payment on PayPal it just stays on PayPal. Here is a copy of my shortcode:

Thanks. I can see that the return variable is present in the button. So this must be an issue on the PayPal side. They made some changes to their payment page recently. That may have introduced a new bug in the return URL feature. Have you tried their auto return option?
