    Hello,

I’m wanting to create photo albums that allow me to then download a CSV of links to the images contained within them. I need supply those links to a third party platform that will then import and host the images for their purposes.

I read some threads in the forum and looked over the WPPA+ page and didn’t see this functionality. I thought I would take a chance and install it. A look through the settings would seem to confirm my thinking.

I liked being able to organize the photos (and thereby links) making it easy to hand off. If I built the albums, would MyPHPAdmin contain a table with paths to images?

I’ll end by saying I am not a developer so I have no coding skills. I have a grasp of things conceptually.

Thanks in advance for any guidance and support!

If you tick the box in Table VI-C2, all albumcovers will have a ‘Download album’ link that will produce a zipfile with all the photos of teh album.
Optionall y tick Table VI-C2.1 if you have the sourcefiles, so they will get the highest available resolution files.

Of course i can make a program to get the list of links to the files, but, isn’t one link to download the entire album much easier?

    Hello Jacob,

Thank you very much for your prompt reply!

I would love to be able to use a zipfile but it won’t work in this instance.

Bulk product data is entered into a CSV file and uploaded to their system. Each row (spanning across columns) is one product. Part of the product data is a link to the product’s image. Their servers pull the high res image file over and also create a web optimized version.

I need to add an image link for each product and that is the reason for my original post. I hate to see you have to write a program for it. I wasn’t trying to be difficult. ??

If you put in the photo description the keyword w#hrurl it will be replaced by the highest available resolution url of the photo.

So, the information is easy available, but pls explain me how you want it to show up; in a file, in a browser window, at admin side or frontend ( like the zip )…

The simples way is that i add an item to the Photo Albums -> Edit -> Manage photos ( Edit photo information ) section for each photo.

    Hi Jacob,

Ideally it would be a list with model number (title, file name?) in one column, image url in the next column. Is that easy enough to do? If not, I will continue searching for another solution.

    Thanks again, Jacob!
