Return 0 on XML import

    Hi,

    Where do you get the “0”? As the AJAX response message? Does anything import?

    Did you upload the XML manually or did you use the predefined theme filters for the import?

    Could you send me the XML file, so I can take a look at it?

    Hello, I’m trying to upload and import a XML file. The file is here: https://bsf.io/dj3a6

    It just says “Importing, please wait” and than outputs 0. Nothing is imported

    Hi,

    this is quite a large import file… I’ve just imported it with this plugin and it returned: **That’s it, all done!** and it imported about 60 pages (no posts, no media).

    This plugin is meant for theme authors to implement the demo content import for their themes… If you want to import the content just once to you site, then it would be better to import it with the default WP importer plugin. Did you try that?

    In your case I think there might be a server issue. Maybe the server times out before the process finishes and it returns “0”.
