Retro-fitted: Comments

Hello all,

I had that same theme (retro-fitted) on WP.com and I used to have the “Comments” font under each post bigger then the tags. I was using:

.byline [title^="Comment"] {
	font-size: 18px !important;
}

It doesn’t work right now. What code can I add to the CSS to make it work?
