• I am not receiving emails from registration forms that are being submitted on our Web site Prisoners For Christ. This began about Sept 3rd right when we were expecting many registration submissions. I have changed the target email address to my personal gmail account as a test, and I am receiving registrations there. But any target email address to the organization’s email ([email protected]) is not being delivered.

The first priority is to find out if WordPress has a cache or something similar where we can retrieve the registrations that have been submitted since Sept 3rd. Typically, we get about 75-100 online registrations. We currently have two from Sept 3rd.

The second priority is to fix the problem of pfcom.org emails not receiving the registration submissions. Again, a temporary fix is in place by pointing the submissions to my personal gmail account.

Our volunteer training is this weekend, so a speedy response would be most appreciated. Thanks.

WordPress does not cache anything by default. Have you spoken to your hosts to ask if they are filtering the emails at their end? Since the forum is delivering emails to your gmail account, this does not appear to be a WordPress or CF7 issue.

For my FYI when I speak to Dreamhosters, when did CF7 go live?

    Sorry? I don’t understand what you mean…

When did WordPress initiate Contact Form 7?

WordPress didn’t imitate anything. Contact Form 7 is a plugin that you installed & activated on your site. The plugin itself has been available since 2007 – although it has been updated many times since then. I’ve been using it for about 5 years or more on multiple sites and have found it to be one of the most reliable contact form plugins available.
