Retrieving previous submitted forms

I’ve tried to read as much of the documentation as I can, but am still unsure whether I can do what I’m trying to with this plugin?

I manage a WordPress site for my daughters out of school club, and each year we ask parents to complete a registration form. It has basic contact details, some health details, some permission acceptance, and like/dislikes.

I’d like to be able to create a form that parents complete, and then rather than starting with a blank form the next year, can retrieve the previous year’s form and simply update anything that might have changed.

Will I be able to do that with this plugin, or do I need to consider another solution?
