Retrieving Facebook Review Stucked

    Hi,

    I have reconnected my Facebook and trying to retrieve reviews, but the message “Downloading Reviews” hang there, i can’t see any number of reviews being retrieve or downloaded.

    Please help, many thanks.

    Right click on the page > inspect > look for the console window. There should be some messages there that might say what is going on.
