Retrieve SteamID

  • Is there a possibility of making the plugin additionaly retrieve the SteamID (the one in this format:
    STEAM_0:0:12345678) ? This would be a very useful function. As for now it only retrieves the communityID, which give you fever possibilities.

    I would like to avoid using converting functions, as I don’t know how to implement those into my WP installation…

    I found that PHP Library which is doing exactly what you want to: https://github.com/xPaw/SteamID.php

    You can use it until I implement it in the plugin ??

    Unfortunately my knowledge when it comes to php and implementation into wordpress is, well, non-existant. I’ve spent hours trying to figure it out, but still no effect. I think I will just wait for the implementation you’ve mentioned, in the meantime I will keep trying, all in all it would be very useful to know.

    Anyway, thank you for this plugin, it is very useful!
