Retrieve posts with tickets a user has registered to

    Hi,

    We’re happily using The Event Tickets plugin. We have now created a user page, in where each user can see some information regarding his/her account.

    We have a custom post type, called “Event”, to which we attach a ticket.

    We would like to list the events to which a user has registered using the tickets form.

    Since the post type “Event” and the ticket are independent entities, we are not sure this is possible.

    Could you please put us on the right direction? Otherwise, any other creative ideas would be very welcome.

    Thanks for reaching out, and my apologies for the delayed response.

    Unfortunately this feature isn’t currently supported by our plugins at the moment. Also, since ticket purchases are not directly linked to WordPress accounts, achieving this functionality would require some custom code, which is currently beyond the scope of our support activities.
