retrieve option field from other form

Hi, I use a lookup field to retrieve some option from other field. For example I use this lookup dropdown field to select Name of a user from another form where there are some fields saved of that user selected like address, telephone number and so on. How can I retrieve the telephone number of the above user stored in the other form in a numeric field?
