retrieve first and last name as keyword?

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to call different replacement keyword such as: %blogname% or %user_login% for a custom email body.
In the user registration, the username IS the email address, but I would like to include the first and last name from the registration form to be included in the notification of registration that is sent to the admin.
Is this possible and if so what keywords can I use? I have tried %first_name%, %user_name% and similar.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
