    Trying to set up the Imagely publish service in Lightroom. I keep getting “No response from local application” when attempt to retrieve the access token.

    I’m using Lightroom on Mac. Both the Lightroom and the OS are fully updated.

    I’m in touch with Support, but no success yet. Just wondering if someone has already dealt with this and found a solution.

    Hi @susanad813,

    Checking our records it appears that you could retrieve the access token after temporarily deactivating Jetpack. We haven’t heard of any similar cases but perhaps deactivating its login feature that we have initially suggested wasn’t enough.

    I have the same problem but I do not have JetPack installed! I have even deactivated every pluging and I still cannot retrieve the access token. Lightroom up-to-date and WP on the latest version.. I use a PC though. ANy help would be much appreciated.
