Retracting vote counted as a vote

    Hi. If I add a vote, then click the same button to remove the vote, then click it again, my total vote used is 3 times. So if I set max voted per day is 3, user basically doesn’t voted yet if he spammed the button.

    Can I somehow make it count to per Idea or only for upvotes? I don’t have downvote enabled.

    Based on feedback, we implemented this feature in this particular way. There’s no setting to change this, it can only be done with customisation. If you do need customisation services, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via email which should be found in the plugin settings. Thanks,

    Thanks for the clarification. I cannot see the logic behind that but I respect that.

    Anyway I want to report about an issue where I cannot edit IdeaPush settings using my phone. The input field simply do nothing when tapping on it. Tested on Chrome on my Android phone.

    Hi @psycholyzern,

    I have not done any mobile testing of the plugin settings. I don’t mean to dismiss or not value this issue, but it’s actually very rare for people to be updating plugin settings from a phone, it’s not just my plugin, but a lot of plugins haven’t been tested for this situation – the frontend is a different story, and I absolutely value mobile issues on the frontend, but the backend interface is pretty complicated and has only been designed and tested for desktop devices.
