Retina images not generating

    I just installed the plugin.
    I am trying to generate the retina version for just one image.
    I’ve created three custom photo sizes, and I am trying to get retina versions for those sizes.

    So, for a specific image I am trying to get retina, I am doing the following :
    1 – I click on the “build retina” button.
    2 – I click on the “Regenerate 1 entries” button

    After doing both actions, I still get the “rettina: MISSING” message.

    By the way, we are considering buying the pro license, but not if the free version is not working at least.

    Hi @bsastregenexus,

    When it’s red, it means the thumbnails will not be generated; the original image you uploaded is simply too small.

    Basically, you need to replace the original image by a bigger original image, which is possible through the Retina Dashboard.

    Hi Jordy,

    I have a custom image size that is 740px X 430px.
    I have uploaded an image with twice the size : 1480px x 860px.
    But still, I get the red circle for that custom size, meaning the plugin can’t create the retina version.
    What am I doing wrong?
