Retina images not generating

    Hi,

    I’ve used this plugin before successfully but on my current install Retina images are not being generated, and I’m not sure how to trouble shoot it.

    No x2 images are created, I have Auto Generate ticked in Settings. Each image I upload show in Media Library with the yellow warning triangle. When I open Media > Retina and click Generate, wait is displayed for a split second but nothing changes.

    Message on this page is “The full-size images should have a resolution of 2160×19998 at least for the plugin to be able generate the 7 retina images required by your website. You can upload or replace the images by drag & drop. Your PHP configuration allows uploads of 20MB maximum.”

    I’m using Divi theme.

    Hello,

    Did you check your error logs? That would be interesting to know what’s in there. Try to generate again and check the error logs.

    I assume you mean cPanel error logs? They are empty, and remain empty after attempting to generate images.

    I have a similar problem,
    I couldn’t upload full size retina. Every time I tried that nothing had changed. The box for retina image is still empty and no new image was created.

    I use the latest WP as of this date. Is it compatibility issue with WP version?

    Hello guys,

    Can you try again today with the new version? There was a bug for a few installs and I just fixed it. Let me know how it goes.
