Retina 2x not working

What changed? What did you install since? Any errors in your logs?

The conflict is between your plugin and Beaver Builder’s Page Builder plugin. I deactivated all plugins except WP Retina 2x and it worked. Then, I activated *both* BB Page Builder and BB Themer. And WP Retina 2x stopped working. So I deactivated Page Builder and WP Retina 2x worked again with only BB Themer activated. There must be a conflict between BB Page Builder and WP Retina 2x. I don’t know which plugin has the issue. I notified Beaver Builder and now I’m telling you as well.

I was wrong. The conflict is with Beaver Builder’s *Themer* plugin, not their Page Builder plugin.

Hi! It might be because of the way they are using output buffering (ob_start). Yoast SEO was also killing my plugin in the past. Now they also do it too. They can fix it on their side. On mine, the only way is NOT to use PictureFill (as it needs to be able to do output buffering).

Hi, I tried changing the settings… it didn’t seem to work. But now that I think of it, I might have needed to clear the BB cache. I’ll try it again. Thanks. I’ll let you know what I find.

Hi Jordy, it took me a while to find out what changed. I think possibly there was an update to my Beaver Builder plugins… the page builder and the themer plugins. But also, while every thing works on all my other sites, I realized today that this site uses Amazon Large FS. Could that be the issue? Would using the Pro version of WP Retina 2x help with this problem? Please see: https://www.wpbakerygroupusa.com/
