ReThread Comments

I’d like to be able to re-thread comments on my blog.

Often commenters miss the “reply” button to reply on a thread an instead just enter a general comment (but one where it’s clear which comment they are replying to). I’d like to be able to quickly manually make that comment a child of a currently existing comment.

Is there a quick and easy way to do this or a suitable plugin (short of going into the SQL database and making the change there!)
