Retain Share Counts after migrating from Shareaholic

Hi, I’ve just swapped to you guys because Shareaholic had a buggy script that was jamming up my home page. Simple Share Buttons seems to be working beautifully – thanks!
I lost all my share counts though which is a big pity. Is there anything I can do about that?
