Retain appearance of sticky menu at all times on mobile view

On the mobile view of my website, blog.studentcaffe.com, the sticky menu displays the logo to the left and the mobile menu to the right, in the same line.

However, when I am at the top of the page (while the sticky menu is disabled) there is a large amount of white space and the mobile menu button is being pushed to a separate line. Instead of this awkward spacing, I’d prefer for my mobile view’s header to always look like it does on the sticky-enabled view. What CSS coding would I need to do for this effect?
