Resume contact button does not have jobseeker email

Hi! We have been running WP Job Manager plugin for 18 months now and use the resume plugin.Today an employer searched through the resume and found a job seeker they wanted to speak with and so the clicked the “Contact” button assuming they put in their own email address in the email section and the email would go to the job seeker. It did not go to the jobseeker, only went to their email address!! I would expect it to go to the job seeker as well. How do I resolve this so that when the employer selects contact after browsing resumes, the job seeker gets the email
