Since the update to learndash the Resume button has no longer worked. Instead it attempts to redirect me to “Achievement Type: Badges”. I’ve trying clearing all caches, disabling plugins and enabling one by one. No change.
    Please assist,
    Dan

    Hi Dan,

We haven’t had any other reports of this and this behaviour seems very odd. The code for this module/class hasn’t changed for a long time (the most recent behaviour change was last July). I’ll see if our dev team has any ideas because I don’t know what might cause this. I just tried in a a site with LearnDash 2.4 (as we hadn’t done much testing with it) and everything works as expected. I’ll follow up if we have any ideas.

It still has this behaviour with a default theme and only LearnDash and the Toolkit enabled on the site (no badge plugin)? There’s no server-side caching?

Ok so I got it to work if I did the following:
    1. Deactivated Badge-OS plugins
    2. Cleared server side cache

Problem restarts if I activate BadgeOS

Same situation occurs with the Mark complete buttons….
    Any thoughts?

It seems to be a conflict between BadgeOS and Uncanny. I’d rather not choose between the 2!

We can’t reproduce this with BadgeOS and the Toolkit and haven’t seen anyone else report it. It’s not a conflict between the 2, at least not out of the box. And if it’s happening with Mark Complete too… something else must be breaking. Have you tried resaving permalinks? One of our developers also wanted to verify the shortcode was in a page or non-LearnDash post body and that the site isn’t applying other filters on last known LearnDash post type.

This unfortunately doesn’t seem like an issue with the Toolkit.

    To recreate it…
    1. Ensure that badgeOS, badgeOS community add-on and uncanny toolkit are activated with Resume button on
    2. Ensure that you have an awarded community badge
    3. Visit said badge’s page
    4. Return to home screen.
    5. Click Resume

    Error is now produced.

Is there somehow a way to exclude badges from Uncanny’s “Memory”?

    Hi Dan,

We can’t reproduce the issue with your test case (including with BadgeOS Community). On our side everything works as expected and no-one else has reported a similar issue. Have you tried this on a clean site with a different theme?

I did see you post in the BadgeOS Community support forum. We haven’t seen much activity with BadgeOS and it may effectively be abandoned, so a resolution there could be difficult. Our code only recognizes LearnDash post types, so there’s nothing on our side that we could exclude–it shouldn’t get stored in the first place.

Understood. Thanks for looking into this for us. If I discover the issue I will post it here just in case.
